Arthur is a speaker, an author, and retired professor of practice at RMIT University where he was the course coordinator for Knowledge Management for the MBA program. He is the founder of Intelligent Answers and an independent capability development consultant. He has 30 years’ international experience including Global Knowledge Director for Cadbury Schweppes.
