Key highlights

Problem-based and practice-led learning

Guided by a faculty with rich experience in theory and practice, students will work on different consulting projects throughout their journey. This includes the Business Analytics and Consulting Project from a sponsored company. Past sponsors range from multinationals such as Calvin Klein and McDonald to governmental agencies and non-profits.

Focus on career outcomes

A highly customizable program, The Transformation MBA provides a variety of electives and consultancy project options for customization. In the final career pathway project prior to graduation, students can choose to take an internship, launch their own entrepreneurial initiative or complete an independent study project. 

Focus on leadership development

Throughout their study at Cranfield, MBA students have access to personalized career mentoring and support from Careers and Employability unit. These leadership-oriented resources range from one-to-one executive coaching, Leadership Week and a Career Development and Enhancement module from the first term, to various personal development workshops, whose past subjects covered cross-cultural management, conflict resolutions and critical reflection. 

Extensive international experience

Available during the third part of the program is one month of overseas study at the ESCP Business School in Italy or Spain, where students exchange ideas and knowledge, as well as collaborate with their international peers to complete a consultancy project.
